This Privacy Policy explains how NiKAL STUDiO (“we”, “us”) handles your information when you use the digito mobile application (the “App”). We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game, save your progress, and show ads.

Who we are

digito is developed and operated by NiKAL STUDiO, an independent game studio. For any privacy question or request, contact us at the address at the bottom of this page.

Information we collect

We collect only what the App needs to work:

• Account data — when you create an account, we store an email address, a display name, and an encrypted password so you can sign in and sync your progress across devices. Playing as a guest requires none of this.
• Game progress — solved puzzles, best solutions, scores, and challenge results, linked to your account so they are not lost.
• Settings — your preferences such as language, theme, and sound, stored on your device.
• Advertising & technical data — our advertising partner may collect a device advertising identifier and basic technical data to show and measure ads. See “Advertising” below.

How we use your information

We use the information to:

• Provide the game and save and sync your progress;
• Operate leaderboards and daily/weekly challenges;
• Show and measure advertising;
• Maintain security and diagnose problems.

We do not sell your personal data.

Advertising

The App shows ads, including rewarded ads you can watch to unlock hints and content. Our advertising partner may use a device advertising identifier and similar technical data to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads where permitted. You can reset or limit this identifier in your device settings, and where required we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of providers that process data on our behalf:

• Game backend (Nakama) — stores your account and game progress on our server.
• Advertising network — delivers and measures the ads in the App.
• Google Play — distributes the App and processes any in-app activity per its own policies.

Data retention

We keep your account and progress for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete the associated personal data, except where we must keep limited records to comply with law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these — including deleting your account and data — contact us at the address below and we will respond.

Children

digito is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may also be announced in the App.
